Alex Barragan
As President and Founder of Mr. 1% real estate company, Alex Barragan has been involved in real estate since a very young age. Alex comes from a hard working family which always had investment properties; his parents would put him to work on their rentals, even though he wanted to be playing outside with his friends. As Alex became older, real estate was a part of his life, he purchased his first home at 21-years old. His passion for real estate, and helping people, led him to starting his own real estate company, and Mr.1% was created in 2014. Since then, Alex and his team have been helping their clients save thousands.
Not only is Alex an expert in selling and buying real estate, he also is in expert on flipping houses, purchasing auction properties, short-sale properties, and foreclosure properties.
