Searching for your new home is a big deal, we want to make sure we cover everything that is important to you, when you start looking. How many bedrooms, baths, square footage, location, etc…
We are with you every step of the way, offering our knowledge and guidance, and scenarios of what your mortgage payment will be, but we will never pressure you. We work at your pace, and are here for you. LET’S WRITE THAT OFFER
Once you find your dream home, it’s time to submit an offer. We will take into account all details of the home, research all comparable properties, and after providing our guidance and knowledge, select an offer price that you are comfortable with.
